Carbohydrates are converted into energy easily and directly. The body does not convert the carbohydrates into fats unless and until there is a need for energy. The extra kilos get added to the body when the fat stored is not used. Bad breath and low carbohydrates diet are connected due to the ketosis.   • Prefer mints or gums that are sugar free, because they can build up bacteria that can cause bad breath.
  • Brush and floss your teeth and tongue regularly. Use a mouthwash that is free from alcohol.
  • Check your blood sugar levels regularly because diets can increase the glucose levels.
